Safety & Security personnel play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment within the airport. They work to ensure the safety of all passengers, staff, and airport operations, contributing to a smooth and protected travel experience."

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attending pre-flight briefing to gain information about security levels within the airport.
• Operate our passenger & baggage scanners, whilst keeping up to speed with high passenger traffic. Ensuring passengers are following our terms and conditions, specifically what they are wearing.
• Check passengers in and operate bag drop, using our system.
• Carry out patrols around the airport making sure that passengers are not able to access restricted areas.
• Carry out terminal checks during boarding and ensuring that passengers are assisted to the correct gate.
• Be able to respond to any emergency, working alongside other departments to maintain safety.
• Management of border control.
