Ground Crew are essential to the efficient operation of airport services, working behind the scenes to ensure that aircraft are ready for departure and arrival. They help maintain smooth and safe ground operations, contributing to an overall seamless travel experience for passengers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend pre-flight briefing to understand aircraft loads, departure times and specific duties per shift.
• Check passengers in and operate bag drop, using our system.
• Assisting with loading and unloading luggage & cargo, ensuring correct placement and handling.
• Guiding aircraft to and from gates using hand signals or ground service equipment.
• Conducting safety checks on ground equipment and reporting any faults or maintenance needs.
• Refuelling aircraft and handling water and waste servicing.
• Operating ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders and baggage carts.
• Operate the gate desk within the airport terminal, ensuring a smooth boarding process.
• Communicating with flight crews and other airport staff to coordinate timely departures and arrivals.
