Job description

Flight Coordinators ensure that our operations run smoothly, from briefing to landing. A flight coordinator here at SkyFly generation is responsible for Hosting flights, trainings and department events, ensuring correct staffing at flights/events and managing difficult situations. A flight coordinator must ensure that a flight departs on-time with no delays and that they train trainees in their department to be the best that they can be.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate with LR duties if short staffed.
• Host flight's and trainings.
• Be able to manage different situations and be the first HR point of contact.
• Supervision of all LR staff members at flights.
