Job description

Department Director' lead their team with a focus on aligning day-to-day operations, to enhance customer satisfaction. By setting clear goals, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards are met, provide a high quality training course, they help keep everything running smoothly and contribute to the overall success here at SkyFly Generation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-flight briefings to ensure clarity on crew roles and in-flight responsibilities.
  • Assist passengers during check-in and baggage drop using airport systems efficiently.
  • Be able to complete LR duties within the Cabin Crew role to ensure that you can help if there are staff shortages.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training documents, handbooks and trello boards, professionally and accurately.
  • Ensure that all trainees are trained within your department, at a high standard, meeting a minimum training requirement of 3 per month.
  • Be able to host flights, as well as attend flights that are being hosted by others.
  • Follow organisational standards and goals which must be shared across the full department.
