Cabin Crew, also known as Flight Attendants provide in-flight services to ensure that airline passengers have a comfortable and smooth flying experience. Their duties include answering passengers’ questions, enforcing safety measures before, during and after takeoff and serving food and beverages during flights.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attending pre-flight briefing to understand each Flight Attendant’s duty and position during the flight.
• Check passengers in and assist with bag drop operations, using our systems.
• Operating stores and premium lounges within an airport environment.
• Greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane and helping them settle into their seats.
• Checking the cabin and cargo section before taking-off, enforcing safety and security regulations.
• Demonstrating the safety procedures professionally.
• Providing personalised assistance to passengers with special needs, such as people with disabilities, children and the elderly.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
• Supplying in-flight entertainment to passengers, including serving food and beverages.
